1. What is Print on Demand (POD)?
Print on Demand means each item is made especially for you after you place your order. This helps reduce waste and ensures every piece is custom-made with care.
2. Where are your products shipped from?
Most items are produced and shipped from our partner facilities in China, but depending on stock and location, some may ship from the US or EU.
3. How long does shipping take?
Production takes 2–5 business days, and shipping times are usually:
• United States: 7–15 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships!
4. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to 130+ countries, except Hawaii, Alaska, Cyprus, and Malta.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
Because each product is made-to-order, we can only modify or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, changes can’t be made.
6. What is your return and refund policy?
Since our items are custom-made, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll gladly replace or refund it.
7. How do I care for my print-on-demand products?
To keep your prints looking their best:
• Turn items inside out before washing
• Use cold water and a gentle cycle
• Avoid bleach or fabric softeners
• Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat
